Monday start!!!
So no Ben and I didn't work out together. Our alarm didn't go off in time for him to work out this morning. So I did it by myself. It was good and I will feel it tomorrow.
I'm also on the wagon. Our family has started a new contest. We all were pretty depressed after weighing in front of each other but that's part of losing weight.
Something that's helpful in losing weight is keeping track of your food for the day with a food log. I found a website that's free and has a log that tells you how many calories, carbs and proteins you should consume during the day. It's private and you just enter, height, weight and what you want to weigh. It's something to check out at least. Maybe it will help. Good luck with your fitness. I'm right there with you.
